What will HomeMaids do in my house?
Our free in-home assessment helps us to understand your cleaning needs and expectations. We will design a personalized cleaning plan to assure that your home is cleaned the way
that you want.

How many people will clean my home?
One staff member will typically be assigned to do your cleaning.
HomeMaids will make every effort to have the same person clean your
house each time. This allows our staff member to become familiar with
your home and individual preferences.

How are staff trained and supervised? 
All staff are trained before they are permitted to enter your home. We do criminal
background and reference checks on all staff before hiring. Management makes periodic
visits to homes to ensure service commitments are being met.

What if I have special projects that I would like done? 
We will work with you on specific instructions for special cleaning projects. 
Just call the HomeMaids supervisor to make arrangements for your special project.

What happens if something is broken or missing? 
We have liability insurance and are bonded. If something is accidentally broken,
we will make every effort to replace it to your satisfaction. HomeMaids also provides
workers compensation in case staff are injured at your house.

Do I have to be at home when you clean? 
This is your choice. Most customers prefer to be out or are at work. 
We will make arrangements with you for our staff to get into your home.

How do I pay for service? 
HomeMaids customers will be billed on a monthly basis after service has been provided. 

What is the cost of my cleaning? 
Fees are charged on an hourly basis. 
For on-going services the cost is $25.50 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. 
Service may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
